Terms of Business

BUYING

• A non-returnable registration fee of £500 is required when you decide to proceed after the first meeting.
  This is a one-off payment, regardless of how long the search takes, and this amount is deducted from the final fee settlement.

• A commission based on 1% of the asking price is to be paid on completion.
  Alternatively, we can agree 1% of the successfully negotiated purchase price, if you prefer.

• There is a minimum fee of £3,000.

RENTING

• A non-returnable registration fee of £400 is to be paid at the outset. This amount is deducted from the final fee.

• A commission based on 1½ month’s rental is to be paid when contracts are signed.

• THESE ARE THE TOTAL FEES, AND THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRA COSTS FOR MILEAGE OR OTHER EXPENSES
