• A first (no obligation) meeting, preferably in your current home, enables me to clearly identify your requirements, including factors such as lifestyle, priorities, timescale, and budget.
• THERE IS NO COST FOR THIS INITIAL MEETING
• Through meeting face to face, you can decide whether I am the right individual to find exactly the right property for you.
• OVER 90% OF FIRST MEETINGS RESULT IN AGREEMENT FOR ME TO PROCEED
• I then research your specific market, personally visiting all the relevant Estate Agents in your search area, drawing on many other contacts, and thinning down the available database to a “possibles” list.
• The second meeting will guide you through the “possibles”, together with relevant intelligence I have gathered. All properties you have expressed an interest in are previewed by me, to gather all useful information on the property and it’s locality, and then arrangements are made to accompany you to the first approved shortlist.
• THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT SET FOR THIS SERVICE. I WORK WITH YOU UNTIL YOUR IDEAL HOME IS FOUND
• All negotiations are carried out on your behalf, and I oversee the legal process right through to a successful completion.
• At any stage I can offer to introduce you to any of the affiliated professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, and specialist builders.
• THOROUGH HOUSEHUNTING IS AN INCREDIBLY TIME-CONSUMING PROCESS AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ACHIEVE FROM A DISTANCE, OR WITH ONLY LIMITED TIME AVAILABLE
